haaaaaaaaah. I see what u did there. I like the new profile pic. U took my advice. NIIIIIIIIIICE!!!!!!!

depends. this money can be a beginning to a lucrative business or a bad decision. you should look at your exit strategy. those strategies should entail making a profit. that defines your risk. more iffy decisions (speculative) should be more about the money you have saved out of your own pocket. we are waaay more safe about that money. lol. why not refinance and pull the money out. why a heloc?? but the deal your trying to make should justify what you did to get it. should be enough money made that you dont need to continue to borrow anything. just your business acumen will do. your own money.

alooooot of reading. changing your profile pic might not hurt. not about judging you, about people taking you serious. there will be plenty of time to turn up after you count all that moneyyyyy, lol. #when in rome

foreclosures are like stock trends. if your thinking it... everybody is. facts!! you need to find that thing, that system that will give the leg up. but once you get in the habit of studying numbers you will find to look for "value" and align your goals with that. 20 ways to skin a cat. i think alooooot of people looking for that cat you seek. but your driving so many cats everyday. trust!!! this is what worked for me.

NIIIIIIIIIIIICE!!! im not sure but i think you answerred the question i have. please look. i can reeeeaalyy use your help. im a newbie. lol. i have a open lot i will purchase for 50k and not sure where to go from there.

your looking to get into real estate or trying to crush a major deal? because you cant do both my friend. if this is you goal you should focus on your genre of real estate if you will. master one aspect at a time. i come here because the real deal type folks are here with advice. donald trump has those get rich quick real estate schemes if you want to take the class. lol. 550k and above are major numbers. study those duplexes and those like it in the area. do the numbers for 6 months or better. have fortitude to study and learn, then start looking. but then your a shark looking. #the meg #smell blood

NO!! let someone borrow money, they will avoid you if cant pay. have someone you love work for you, they will never treat and respect you like a boss. you would know if your friends have that special temperament to be docile enough to be a follower in the relationship. there not!! you know how i can tell??? bcuz your asking the question.  the demon in the room here is entitlement. and oooooh its a bad one. and like j cole says, b careful with them demons....bcuz there always bringing more. dont do it. im renting to my uncle in law. his wife pays on time, he doesnt. got the yard looking like crap. he is a worthless contractor.  take a wild guess who i need in my life SOOOO BAD!!! riiiiiight.....a contractor. worthless. dont do it.
