hello. my name is eli. sorry for no caps, but i mean well. lol. i live in the lowcountry area. SeAfOoD CapItOl of the world. (Charleston SC). not the most educated, work in progress. i have 2 rental properties so far. working on my third. buy and hold type of guy. BIG warren buffet, john bogle fan. i love to see the common man, under dog win. which is why i love real estate.   i have learned sooo much from the bigger pockets culture. you have no idea how much you have educated me in the past year. i am a degenerate. born and raised around such. i don't know anyone who truly cares about tomorrow in my life. so i am here looking for my creed. lol.  all i need is for you to continue to be beautiful folks. i just watch and take notes and i get everything i need. books are great, but cant compare to every day people going through the motions and so willing to share there knowledge. who needs gurus when you got good hearted hustlers??
