My partner and I are about to close on self-storage property in Delano, California and we need an investor or two to contribute to the deal. We’re looking for $200,000 total to complete the deal. Investors would be an equity partner (only want 1-2 investors max).

My partner has been investing and developing self storage in California for the last 20 years and has been very successful. Because of this, we already have an existing relationship with a large self-storage brand and the infrastructure and team to manage the property. Our projections show a 10 year IRR of 23.5%.
