Any meetups happening in the Friendswood/Pearland area?

I’m interested, is it possible for me to attend? I’m new to real estate and want to learn the process.

I am new to flipping and currently looking for a loan to start. We have a lot of experience remodeling homes and building new homes but we want to get rid of the middle man. Any advice or help will be much appreciated.

I’ve been looking into investing in real estate, primarily in flipping houses. I have good contact with contractors but need to learn more on financing my projects. Is anyone here already in the Houston area and can you help me get started. Any advice will be much appreciated, I’ve already started looking for leads and made contact with contractors to help with renovations. Willing to shadow anyone in the area who knows the process well.
