New to real estate in Houston area
I’ve been looking into investing in real estate, primarily in flipping houses. I have good contact with contractors but need to learn more on financing my projects. Is anyone here already in the Houston area and can you help me get started. Any advice will be much appreciated, I’ve already started looking for leads and made contact with contractors to help with renovations. Willing to shadow anyone in the area who knows the process well.
