I understand this post is a tad bit old but may I rekindle the fire and also ask if people from the 

Charlotte area have any resources on how I could find some deals? My goal is to house hack a 4plex in the Charlotte. I looked on Zillow but just thought I go ahead and ask you great people as well. Thanks!
