@Nathan Smith

College is only worth it if you’re studying for something fairly specific like Nursing, surgeon, medical doctor, engineering, law, teaching, social work, research, etc, etc. But that’s my personal opinion.

I have worked with lots of college grads, people with Master’s degrees, but cannot apply the principals to real life situations.

However, if you status is important to you, then having a college degree is good.

Since the explosion of the internet and unlimited access to resources, you can be just as successful as a college graduate.

I have met a few people without a college degree and they are very successful! I’m also not a fan of student loans which is the only reason why I am very hesitant to pursue a Master’s degree at this time. Who knows I might change my mind.

But definitely explore some more since you’re very young! Better to do it now than later. Kudos to you for this post!

Thank you so much! I will try that. Have you gone this route before?

Sellers Financing: how do you even find sellers like this?

Real estate marketplace. I live in LA and the housing market is very tough out here. I'm looking for a SFR as an investment, and have been looking outside of the urban and suburban areas. Any advice or suggestions is appreciated!
