My name is Eli and I own Grizzly Mountain Construction in Central Oregon. I want to know if there are any investors, agents, contractors, etc... that would like to connect and start building relationships here in Central Oregon. In the interest of transparency here are my reasons for this meetup and goals for 2022/2023:

1. Meet investors looking for an honest and dependable contractor in Central Oregon

2. $250,000 in sales for 2022 and $500,000 in 2023 for my business. 

3. Develop relationships and create potential real estate partnerships.

I would love to be there, but my wife is getting her wisdom teeth out this weekend and i'll have the kids. I'm very new and excited about meeting other investors. I hope to get out to the next one. Thanks for organizing this. It's nice to know there is some activity in Central Oregon!

Thanks everybody. I'm definitely going to look at the part time model. It makes since to keep your day job until you can work yourself out of it.  You all make really good points. I was really skeptical about people giving me leads the add's all seemed really sales pitchy. I am the sole provider so no paycheck for 7 months is not a possibility. I definitely want to pursue becoming an agent at the very least to use it to supplement my real estate investing. Thank again!

Hello Everybody!

I have had a desire to invest for a long time but never had a clue how to do it. I really want to learn and make a career change. My family and I live in Prineville OR and we love it. We like bend too, but since we both grew up in the country it only makes since that we live out here. Gotta love the smell of cow poo in the morning. 

I currently work for a non-profit that takes low-income and at-risk youth on various adventure trip in Oregon.  So, spend a lot of my time at Smith Rock State park hiking and climbing, as well as on the river white water rafting.  

I'm really interested in buy and hold investments, and potentially flipping. Anyway I look forward to learning from everyone here on the forum and maybe meeting in person.
