If you don't have experience in property investment, you can consider passive ways of investing, like p2p, crowdfunding, REITs, etc. Personally I prefer the crowdfunding model.
What about the market... I would suggest considering France. You can read more about this market here: 5 reasons to consider investing in the French real estate market in 2020
Anyway, I wish you good luck with your investments!

My advice is very simple: more study. As you are young, you should read as more as possible to get educated and improve your knowledge. Carry on like that, read articles for beginners, and what videos, and you will succeed. So I wish you luck!

Hi everyone! I wonder what indicators people pay attention to when they choose the market to invest in? For example, this article mentions that such factors as demand, rental rate, and HPI are the main factors for RE investors. But what factors are important for you? How are you doing your research and deciding where to invest?

@Mat Fisher I invest through the crowdfunding platform. This type of investment is the most convenient for me because it doesn't require much money and management. Also, I like it because it is an online platform.
