I’ve recently come across the article in which stocks and property markets are compared (there is the link if you are interested https://realtybundles.com/blog/real-estate-vs-stocks-investments-what-to-choose). In short, the real estate market is less risky, it is easier to foresee these risk when stocks can be volatile. Also, the property market is more stable and is easier to control, but at the same time stocks have their own advantages like higher liquidity and don’t require much management. And if we talk about diversification, so the real estate market is more complex at this point. People can choose what market to invest in, and, of course, they can choose both if they want. But to my mind, it is better to choose one of them. Personally I prefer the real estate if you ask.

As I know, the German real estate market is one of the most attractive markets in Europe. And this year is also going to be quite successful for it because of its rising economy. I’ve read it in one article. The HPI is high, assets are growing and the unemployment rate is decreasing. So I think that it is true that this year will be successful for the German property market. I add the link to that article so you could learn all the information from there: https://realtybundles.com/blog/the-german-property-market-what-to-expect-in-2020

For me it worked out. I used RealtyBundles and invested in Hungarian bundle with them. They have these bundles of properties, and in my opinion it is better than investing in one building. Thus you have less risks, because your money is spread between different apartments. Some may bring more benefits than the other and you will get average of the overall income. Of course, it is just my experience and personal thoughts and you should make your own research on this platform. Here is the link to their website https://realtybundles.eu/.

Persistence. You gotta keep going and try hard even if things at first don't work out the way you want them to. Success will find you working :) And I would also say that it's crucial to be open to new ideas and strategies. The world is changing very fast, and we have to be responsive to change.
