@Rachel Hadass so glad to see your post. I want to connect with mamas that love to talk about real estate. I have a 4 y/o and 9 y/o a W2 and 4 rentals, I got my real estate license and it has been so hard but I would love to share my journey. We had a bumpy start in real estate and came out of it but would love to share all our mistakes so everyone else can have an easier road to investing.

I live in LA county, so I understand our expensive markets! I started investing in 2021 but I had to start in the Inland Empire where prices were not too high but I could work with the properties I found. IE is growing and people rather live there than leave CA. I wanted to do out of State as well but I had some doubts just because sometimes I have to jump into action on my properties here. I actually purchased 2 properties with tenants, one was evicted and it was a 8 month process, and the other tenant actually worked with us and stayed with the higher rent amount. 

I suggest you speak to an eviction attorney and get a Estopple agreement from current tenants.

Hi Ed, definitely a different life style than our family and friends. It is good to find like minded people. 

My Husband and I started investing and managing out own properties and its has been a ride specially in California. Would love surround ourselves with more people that think like us
