@Frank Patalano
Analysis paralysis. Fear of getting myself into unescapable debt. Fear of hiring the wrong people (especially contractors). Fear of being unsuccessful once and quitting.
I am in the beginning stages. I have a RE agent that I am comfortable with. I have a CPA I am comfortable with. I'm working on choosing lenders and then I am going to attempt to find a contractor. Looking to maybe purchase a SFH for BRRRR or buy and flip towards the end of the year.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Scott. I understand now. For some reason I just was not able to wrap my head around that (no idea why).
Thanks for your input.

Thank you very much.

Good luck man.

Hey Scott, thank you for responding.
I understand everything up until the refinancing. So basically, you’d pay the investor back when you refinance and then (ideally) use the rest to purchase another property?
The 25percent equity that’s left on the home will adjust according to the market correct?

Good day everyone,
My name is Elvin and I am in the very initial stages of real estate investing. I have read in detail about and am very intrigued by BRRR. I know the basics but one thing I can't seem to grasp is how to pay investors back their money if you refinance and use the equity to buy more real estate.
Example: I partnered up with investors and was given 30K.
The beginning stages of BRRR go smoothly and I pull out 80K on the refinance portion. This is where one would move on to another property correct? But how would you pay the investor back? And how much would you pay back?
Thanks for any help.

Good morning,
I would like to know if anyone here knows of real estate networking events or seminars occurring in the Orlando area.
I’m a novice and just started to scratch the surface on real estate investing.
Thank you.
