I am in Winston-Salem and also pretty new to Real Estate as well. I am currently taking the pre-licensing course and will hopefully have my license by the end of the summer. I plan on starting to invest by the new year. I don't have much availability to make the weekly or monthly meetings but I hear great things. Good luck and I hope to see you around.

Hello BP!

I'm brand new to REI and am so glad to stumble upon this site so early on. I have already learned a lot from the BP forums and blog and am looking forward to interacting more with all of you. I am currently focusing on my education and plan on getting my Real Estate license this summer. I'm not interested in becoming a broker but I thought having the license would ultimately be a benefit and the course would provide me with the basic education. I hope to begin my career doing flips and eventually move into rental properties.

Hi Angela, I'm in W-S and would be interested in meeting up with local investors. I'm very new to REI and focusing on learning as much as I can.
