@Jimmy O'Connor there are a couple of large developments underway in West Philly. Two come top of mind and they are on the complete opposite ends of West Philly... imagine what these developments will do to the neighborhoods once completed!

Hi @Austin Smith, it depends on what you're trying to achieve... cashflow? appreciation? Also how much as you looking to invest? Feel free to DM me and I'd be happy to help!

@Jeremy Fisher I agree with you. The 19143 is a fairly large zipcode. I've personally seen a lot of success in the Cobbs Creek and Kingsessing neighborhoods. For example, I know someone who just flipped a property in Cobbs Creek and it appraised for slightly above 200k. @Daniela Mboana I'd be happy to let you know if the property you came across is on a good block/area. Feel free to DM me!

I've heard a lot of people are having issues with their properties with ABC and I'm sorry to hear that. It's truly an unfortunate circumstance, but if anyone is interested in letting go their difficult assets, feel free to DM me. We've purchased some properties back from unhappy ABC clients (all cash offers) and would be happy to help out others as well.

Hi @Joe Koziol welcome to Philly! There are several different neighborhoods worth investing in, but it all depends on what your goals are for the investment. For example, are you more interested in cash flow or appreciation? Will  this solely be an investment property or a house hack?

I agree with @Joseph Platyan. West Philly has a lot of upside while neighborhoods like Point Breeze, Fishtown, and Brewerytown are becoming saturated

@Jason Homa where in West Philly is the potential property located? We're investing a lot there at the moment -- would be happy to discuss the different neighborhoods and the trends we're seeing. Feel free to DM me!

Hi @George Bittar Kingsessing is one of the fastest appreciating areas of Philadelphia right now. We've been seeing it first hand! The booming growth and development in Cobbs Creek and Spruce Hill are spilling over into this neighborhood... there is a lot of opportunity for appreciation with great cash flow.
