Hi Alex, I can't message you because I'm on the mobile app but I'm a Realtor in the area. I also have a connection to many local contractors. Feel free to message me. I'd love to work with you. Emily

I work as a Realtor in Cleveland. There are some areas on the East side I personally wouldn't invest in. West side is more desirable in general. Lakewood and Ohio City are incredibly popular and affordable neighborhoods. I hope that helps!

Hello!

I am still fairly new to Real Estate and wanted to do BPOs on the side for some extra cash as I get my business up and running. Does anyone have advice? Where should I find asset companies and banks to work for/with? What should I avoid? I have heard mixed reviews about certain places including some agents not getting paid after they completed the work. Any advice would be welcome and appreciated!

Thank you.
