It seems like i may have to go to investor meetings to have someone take me under their wing lol. I was hoping to go to an investor meeting with more knowledge.

I feel like im missing something. where do you guys get your mls listings from? ive been thinking about getting a license to get mls listing, but from i understand, you have to pay a broker monthly, and i feel my money can be better spend in this education process.

@jennifer lee it is listed as for sale on zillow and redfin, so i would assume its active. before i contact a realtor, i want to have a base knowledge. That is why im checking out homes in areas i wohld like to invest in, in the future. Honestly, im just looking at properties that a highly discounted in good neighborhoods.

Hello I am very new to real estate investing. And by very new I mean this has been the first week I have ever looked into real estate investment. My first question is I have looked on Redfin and Zillow and seeing some house that look like they could have possibility to flip for decent profit. But I noticed that some of these have been listed for quite some time. What are some reasons that other investors have overlooked this property besides obvious things like major repairs?

My next question is what percent would you give someone who is only co-signing a property for you?
