@Nate Bailey you say that's below renter value what is the actual rental value for that area.

Since Tenant has been there for awhile why don't you ask them if there interested in owning and maybe setting something up with them like a rent to buy. Unless you need all your equity out now.

I'm in the Queens area started to listening to the bp pod cast about 4 months now..

So now i started to listen to the pod cast from session 1 and listening to the things from then and how it is now it's quite a difference.

I see the importance to start having mentors and more experienced investors around you and that's why I'm here.

I currently have 2 properties under belt and I'm looking to start doing more per year. I have a few w2 job. 😂🤣 I want to not have any w2 job and be riding my Harley threw the country. . 👍
