@Christopher Phillips @Teri Feeney Styers thank you for the advice in regards to me getting a license. I don’t plan on really wanting to be a broker, I just thought it might be a good option to help me fund deals if I could make some extra money on the side as an agent.

I have set a new goal for next year to break into the REI world. I’m starting a new job that would allow me to work on getting my real estate license when I’m off. The reason I would want to be an agent is so I can understand more about the in and outs of deals. I also would use that money that I make in real estate to help fund deals and also having access to the mls sounds like it would be a good idea. Is there any reason why I should not to be an investor and an agent in the state of Colorado?

Hey my name is Manny Hudson I live in the Fort Collins area and I’m really trying to get into REI as a tool to reach financial freedom. I listen to the podcast just about every day and I wanted to see if you guys could recommend some books on the different types of lending methods out there. I haven’t done any deals and I think by getting a better understanding of the different type of lending methods will push me forward in the right direction.
