As for scams, I do see your point. I gave it a good thought if I should put where I was born or not. But hey, I can't do anything about being born in Nigeria. I love being a Nigerian, which is why I mentioned it. I won't apologize for where I was born. Scammers are gonna scam, you can't do anything about that. Be rest assured I'm not one of them.

Hello Investors,

My name is Emmanuel Obunadike. I'm a new investor from Buffalo, NY. I was born and raised in Onitsha, Nigeria. I moved to the States six years ago. I got my Bachelors and Masters degrees in Engineering from University at Buffalo (Go UB!!). I have a full-time job as a Production Engineer at a company here in Buffalo. Fortunately, like most of you fellow investors here on BP, I don't like working for people and I'm willing to do something about it. I've spent a couple months learning from the best in the real estate business and now I have taken action towards achieving my dream of financial freedom.

I joined BP to connect with and learn some more from investors more experienced than myself. Most importantly I want to learn from your mistakes in real estate and avoid them.

I started an LLC with my partner in November. We are focused on Wholesaling and Lease Option Deals in Erie and Niagara County. We haven't done any deals quite yet, but we are making calls, advertising, and doing whatever necessary to get our first deal done. I can feel a deal is just around the corner.

I'm looking forward to making new friends and building good relationship from BP.
