HI Everyone,

I'm Erica and I love Bigger Pockets, first and foremost.  I'm a resident of Houston, native of Detroit MI.  Mother to a wonderful 1 1/2 year old baby girl and wife to a future BP Investor pro:-).  

I just passed my Texas RE exam last week.  It was important for me to learn the basics before jumping in.  Of priority right now is finding a broker and an experienced local investor I can learn from - in exchange for any grunt work or help they need.  I recently left the mothership ( aka corporate america).  I'm focused and have a plan.
