So my partner recently had a home under contract ready to purchase in NY and i was reaching out to real estate agents hoping they might know investors ready to buy. I'm new to this and i feel like i didn't know what i was talking about one agent even said lol what can i do sound more confident and knowledgeable about these things it's kind of like i froze up and even through text i feel like i don't sound like i know what im doing
