Hi Nitesh,

The Fountain Square area of Indianapolis has been a hot over the past decade; however, as prices have increased it’s pushed the market a bit North of there into an area referred to as Near Eastside. In addition to that neighborhood, I recommend you research Indianapolis’s Mass transportation plans. They recently completed the red line of their MTP and there was a decent amount of investment in communities the red line passes through. The next portion of their MTP is currently being called the purple line and I anticipate there will be a similar level of investment.
