Hello BP community! If you dealt with ADU's how do you find comps for the property? would have the same ARV as a duplex in the area?
I have two properties that we are building new ADU's to the SFR's so really curious about ARV.
Any advice would be great.
we are a general contractor Company in the Los Angeles area.
