None of the above. I raise money for a plethora of things such as Scholarship Endowments for the education of our student-athletes ($14m bill every year), much needed facility projects, academic services, unique educational experiences such as travel abroad opportunities. Yes, they earn those things by their skills on their field of play and grades in the classroom. 

Happy New Year everyone! New member here in Raleigh, NC. I am VERY new to investing in real estate but have loved learning about it so far. I think my interests are in single family long-term rentals. I am working on saving for a down payment now and building relationships with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, property managers, contractors, etc. I work at NC State University as a Major Gifts Officer for Athletics and absolutely love my job, but I love the idea of retiring in my 50s with my toes in the sand on a beach somewhere and taking in passive income through rentals while doing it! I love the podcasts and forums that I have heard/seen so far and look forward to continuing this journey and learning from everyone!
