I will definitely keep an eye out for you. We are slowing down on buying real estate and are opening a deli in the next couple months. Shortly after we are taking 2 month road trip so we don't want any big projects right now.

Really enjoying following along on Facebook! Thanks for improving the area as we own the Quad at 9625 Grove! We renovated two of the units when we got the place similar to the work you are doing. Some curb appeal but not as much and the neighbors appreciated it! Keep up the good work!

Have door #19 under contract right now and we have had great luck with a realtor along with driving for dollars. Happy to chat about it if interested. PM and will share any info I have.
PS. Lived in Mira Mesa for a few years. We'll move back to SD around door #50 when we can afford it 😂

Buy and hold investor here. I find the deals and my better half manages them after we close including reno. We just closed on our 18th door this week. Happy to chat and network. We are 31 and struggle connecting with most friends our age. 😬

Norfolk and surrounding areas are just as competitive as VB. We have put in a dozen full price offers this year and most places are under contract within the same day if it's a reasonable deal. I have went to check out houses within hours of it being listed and had to wait in line for other investors to check out the unit. We don't put much effort into MLS because of it and have had better luck networking and driving for dollars. On our 3rd deal this year from Facebook alone. Good luck!

Local here in Virginia Beach. All I can say is don't go through either of the ones you mentioned as I have rented through both and They left a lot to be desired. I won't ask around and see if I can find anyone with a vacation rental there that has a recommendation for a cleaning company

VB local here. MLS is crazy hot down here. Everything is under contract with above asking price offers within 12 hours. I can recommend a great real estate agent we have used and an awesome loan officer if you need one. Don't have any referrals other than that. I lived in Rockville and owned two SFH's and turning them over was the worst. Having a good handyman was key and saved a few trips. Can use a property manager if the numbers allow it and you find a good one. Happy to chat more. Good luck!
