I have all the equipment and workers possible to get the job done and maximize on profits just can't find the rite deal. Anybody have any ideas what I can do or know of any networking meeting in or around Chicago white sox park area?? 

@justin sumulong very interested in meeting up I am new to this still am trying to find the right deal but must be looking in the wrong places. I have a small handyman maintenance service businesses so I have all the workers and tools possible jus need sum experienced advice on what to do or how to find the rite deal or even a partner/ investor let me know if a meeting gets set up would be glad to attend 

looking to further educate myself in the real estate world and begin my flipping career. I'm a railroader at nite and small handyman maintenance owner by day. @ 1st look maintenance service. I am looking for other  investors or a partner that is willing to work w me on my first rehab project. 

Here are the pros- I have all the construction equipment possible from bobcats,dump trucks to boomlifts there's really nothing me or my guys can't handle. I have the advantage of getting quality work done at a labor price, materials would cost me more then my labor which means more profits. I also have a liquid of 50k to invest an good credit rating for loans. 

I am looking for someone who flips in or around the Chicago area and is willing to help me get started or someone who is willing to partner up and maximize in profits seeing that I have all workers, equipment, and part of the investment 50k. I can make me and someone else a lot of cash if i can just get started I have all the pieces to the puzzle except I can't afford it on my own to buy the property and rehab and don't want to get a loan on it and cut into profits please let  me know your guys ideas or where I can find a investor???? Also where should I be looking for the best deals to buy these rehabs???
