Awesome! Thanks @Kevin Fox. I've been spending every waking moment listening to BP podcasts and also Just Start Real Estate podcasts trying to soak up as much as I can. I'm getting a lot of great information and something that seemed like such a mystery is becoming more clear. I'm signing up for a real estate licence coarse next week and hope to have completed it and be ready to test out within 45 days of starting or less.

My goal is to be able to leave my day job within 10 years or less.

Hi I'm Eric,

I'm a RN and I love being able to help people improve their health. One thing I've noticed about getting older is there is no such thing as the "Golden Years." I find myself working a lot to keep up and miss out on opportunities with my children and family to be there with them and travel.

I'm looking to get started in RE investing with multi unit rental properties about 5-10 units in Southern California Inland Empire area. I've also been thinking about getting my RE agent license for the education of how things work as well as access to the MLS. I'm looking for a online program, but I don't want to get ripped off by some company that doesn't do a good job. Can someone recommend an online program that is reputable?

Cheers,

      Eric
