Hi I'm Eric,

I'm a RN and I love being able to help people improve their health. One thing I've noticed about getting older is there is no such thing as the "Golden Years." I find myself working a lot to keep up and miss out on opportunities with my children and family to be there with them and travel.

I'm looking to get started in RE investing with multi unit rental properties about 5-10 units in Southern California Inland Empire area. I've also been thinking about getting my RE agent license for the education of how things work as well as access to the MLS. I'm looking for a online program, but I don't want to get ripped off by some company that doesn't do a good job. Can someone recommend an online program that is reputable?

Cheers,

      Eric
