Hello fellow Alaskans hope your winter preparations are coming along well. I am looking for advise on opening a veteran run propety management company in the Anchorage area. Under our current situation it appears we would have to either partner with a broker or hire one in some fashion. Any advise on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Out side of our broker issue we fell the market in Anchorage is primed for a honest reputable new player in the property management feild.
