I assume the transportation advancement you're referring to is the GO train? 

Are you managing this property? Any issues so far? Seems like you found great tenants.

You mentioned repairs - do you mind sharing who you used/did the repairs for you (if you used a contractor etc.). I'm looking for someone ATM as well
