Looking to determine the easiest and cheapest way to incorporate in South Carolina.
I know filling the paperwork is quite straight forward. The trick comes when you have to draft an operating agreement and find an agent.

@Wayne Brooks @Mark Nagel Right on. A wholesaler doesn't sell you a property, they sell you a contract. A contract to buy a property.
Signing an assignment deal without seeing the purchase contract is like buying a used car without driving it.

@Ryan McCue The inspector is concerned that there is a single brick supporting the floor above. My view is that the weight of the floor is distributed among all of the bricks not just one. Therefore, it shouldn't be a big deal but I want to get it fixed right away just to be on the safe side.
