Hello all first time post would love thoughts … we are buying an 8unit multi family building (1.2m) We have 3 of our 11 SFH owned outright (probably around 350-400k of appraised value between the 3) Would love to leverage the equity in our rental properties without turning them negative on cash flow. Thoughts on the best vehicles to pull equity out while keeping the owned properties in a good cash flow position.
