@Dawn Aotani, Homemasters is a decent size company here that specializes in gutters and roofs.  But you may just want to do a quick search on craigslist for gutter cleaning and a bunch of handyman ads will probably pop up.

@Tommy Sessions, Thanks.  From what I hear, Caldwell is about 30 min outside Boise.  Would you say that it is a desirable place to live for people other than just the college students?  Do you think that people commute to Boise from Caldwell or is it too far?

Hey Bigger Pockets investors, I have an opportunity to buy an off market SFR rental property in Caldwell, Idaho in the Boise area. I am not from the area so I'm wondering what the general thoughts are on Caldwell, Idaho. The property in question is a few blocks away from the College of Idaho and is currently occupied by tenants.

The numbers of the deal definitely make sense, the purpose of this post is to get a better sense of the area from anyone who is from there or invests there.  Any insight is much appreciated, thanks in advance!
