Me and My Partners Need to ReFi Out Of Hard Money On A Great Property, Meaning Newly Rehabbed, In A Bad Neighborhood. We Have Found That Many Lenders Don't Want To ReFi In Our Zip Code. The Cashflow is 1,400 a Month With Hard Money So Its Solid. We Are Coming Up On Having To Extend Our Hard Money Loan And Would Like To ReFi.
The Property Is Near 70th And Ashland In The Englewood Neighborhood In Chicago.
