@Moriah Giles I would start reaching out to family/friends/acquaintances and let them know you got your license & working with ______ brokerage. Ask them if they or anyone they know will be looking to buy/sell soon, if they say yes ask for that persons contact info, if they say no ask them to keep you in mind in the future.

This is a good way to start getting the word out, and it’s much easier to get clients through people you know than complete strangers! Good luck!🙂
