This is OT, but I made a mistake. I'm banned from messaging...I didn't change tge words on my colleague requests. I was hoping someone could help me...it was an honest mistake.  I understand that I shouldnt send the same words in a regular message, I just wasnt thinking when it came to requesting someone to be my colleague. Please can someone help me?

Wow! I didn't expect to come home to so many replies. I also didn't expect to come home to such a debate. I don't really want to get into a discussion about what kind of place Baltimore is or about the type of people who live within the city.  I'm just here to learn the pros and cons of my endeavor.  Therefore, I will read every reply within this thread and take notes.  Thank you @tshivers1 for the area recommendations, its a great start.

Hello Guys!

My name Erin and I heard about this site from a friend.  I've been toying with the idea of getting into the real estate business for years now.  I can honestly say I've never been more ready...

I'm very interested in buying a property in a low income neighborhood, fixing it up and renting to section 8.  If there are any good threads you can suggest to me, I would greatly appreciate it. 

I also want to thank this site in advance for the wealth of information that i'm sure to soon learn!
