 I want to update my duplex by the the beginning up 2022. For our company to acquire a 8 to 10 unit property by the 1st quarter of 2022.  By the end of 2022 I would like for our company to have and hold a 16 to 18 unit property.

@Josh VanVoorhis I want to also ask if you are looking for properties that are worth that range, but you are willing to do some rehab or are you looking for completely turnkey properties. Also I would like to add that I am a real estate broker for Mountian View Property Management and I would like to offer our services to you. @Daniel Walker It has not cooled off yet. I know that the data in North GA isn’t as available as it is in Chattanooga, but what you can do is follow the rents in Chattanooga for a similar area to get an idea of the market.

Congratulations @Peter Nikic.  Would you consider any property that would need work?

@Pete M.  I grew up in Memphis and I still visit there and now I am wholesaling again in the Memphis metro area.  Frayser's economic demographics has decreased over the years.

@Angelique F. Those counties except for Bradley county will be easier build than the city.
