Hello!,
My name is Ernest and I have finally to decided to stop being an observer and dive in! I am in the Chapel Hill, NC area and trying to focus on finding opportunities in the RTP and greater area. The plan is to focus on 2-4 door multi-family units but I will go where an opportunity takes me. Looking forward to meeting and building relationships.
A little about me:
mid 30's ( I feel old saying that lol)
husband and father of 2 daughters (1yr and an almost 3yr old)
moved to RTP from bayarea by way of the DMV area a couple yrs ago
in tech industry
