@Chaz Desousa That is a tough and open question. It all depends on the strategy that works for you.
Would suggest finding a secondary market where the prices of properties are not that high and at the same time giving you a decent income where you can hit a 10% gross yield. Some cities around Barcelona are working well for this.
Or in Barcelona itself if you have the budget to buy bigger and start splitting properties for example.
What is your aim/strategy/budget (budget you could perhaps also send in a PM.

@Chaz Desousa, for Spain I would believe that there is none regarding bringing people together in real estate like Biggerpockets is doing. It should be there, or we should have a Biggerpockets more directed to Spain (/EU) however they are choosing to maintain it more US-oriented

Hi @Jakub Musiatowicz, there are quite some people from the Netherlands on the BP platform. Type in 'Netherlands' in the search box scrolling through the forums and you will get there. Also search within the depository for people based in the Netherlands and check how active and legit they are. That will get you going in the right direction.
I am from the Netherlands, however completely focused and active in Spain.
From out of my conversations with members active in the Netherlands @Ivor Grisel is a good help that is providing me with the answers I normally need.
Good luck!

@Lucas Rincon, whether you choose to invest in the US or here in Spain it doesn't really matter that much. Of course, it matters because there are different rules and regulations in both countries, but the most important thing is starting. You will find out that both countries can work if you have a good strategy and if you are consistent.
Our projects momentarily are going well. You have to do more and (normally) getting a bit less in these times. For example some decisions that we made that could have been better are being highlighted now and costing more effort to sell an apartment or selling for lower prices. Probably people are noticing that now in general in real estate.
Btw: we are thinking to come to Bilbao at one point to expand our coliving business. We are now mainly operating in Barcelona and a bit in Valencia.
Happy to chat a bit more if you send @Adrià Creixell or me a PM.

Hi @Ann Smith, following on @Enrico Angella answer here. There are more restrictions towards tourist rentals.
Curious to hear your strategy. We have been investing in and around Barcelona for some time now and can help you with everything.

Currently we are doing the sessions online so also perfect for you. The next session is about creative financing and we are inviting a mortgage institution in Spain to explain about the topic.
In the session, I will introduce you to the other people attending.
Will send the link in a PM :)

@Alejandro López, it all depends where and from who you feel most comfortable to learn it.
We are managing an monthly Meetup in Barcelona in which we discuss real estate related topics for free and where we always try to connect the right people to learn from one another.
Where are you located in Spain? Would be great if we could invite you and meet our community.

@Alejandro López haven't done it but saw some videos recently about the course. It depends from who you want to learn, his personality and the way it has been taught wasn't really appealing to me
