Yes Skype is the answer. I setup a local number for my VA in the Philippines and I think it cost me $20 for three months. I actually setup a Google voice number which rings on both my cell phone and the Skype number my VA uses. That way when I get calls on that number on the weekend when my VA is not working I can answer them.
Good luck!

Is there anyone on elance that you recommend? I was looking through there and was planning on selecting a web designer with the highest number of jobs and stars. Anyone have a good recommendation?
Thanks.

I think I may have figured this out. I created a skype account and setup unlimited calls to the U.S./Canda and a skype number which came out to about $20 for three months.
I then add that skype number to my google voice account so whenever someone calls my google voice number it will ring on my VAs skype account in the Philippines.
Sound right?

Ok thanks but in order for that to work she needs to have a dedicated number in the Phillipines, right? She works in an office and they only have one main number. I would have to pay for a dedicated number just for her, correct?
Any recommendations on services? I thought I say you can do that through skype.
Thanks.

Hi all -
I'm looking for some help with setting up and automating my lead management system. I've done 10 deals and I'm looking to take my business to the next level. I have a full-time job and am looking at hiring a VA to assist with answering seller calls. I need help figuring out the technology I need to do the following:
1. Seller calls and VA enters lead. Are they entering this into CRM software and if so would that be Zoho, Podio, etc?
2. Since I'm creating a website, I want the forms that my sellers to fill out to go into my CRM solution.
Is Zoho or Podio all I need to automate this or are other add-ons needed? Also, if I want to receive a text message when I receive these leads will those solutions also do that for me?
Thanks,
Ehab
