I am just wondering if there was a way one can loan themselves a mortgage on a house they own free and clear and then make monthly payment reports to the credit bureaus?

I have some properties in South Chicago and Detroit. I have had nothing but horror stories and refusal to remit rent payments.

Does anyone know of/currently uses a good property management company in these 2 cities that are trustworthy?

We have 6 Chicago properties for sale. Can be bought bulk or individually

1 on S troop is 4beds 1 bath for 25k - empty, needs some work

House on S. Hermitage 44k 4 beds, 2 bahs has section 8 tenant paying $1360

House on park Ave Dolton - empty 3 beds, 2.5 bath for 28,000 Sec 8 tenant just moved out, boarded, needs a bit of work

House on S. Sangammon 55k is a triplex 2 3beds, and 1 1 bed. total rent is $1850/M

House on S Wallace 67k is a duplex 2 3 beds, 2 baths occupied for total rent of $1850

House on E 114th pl 80k is a quad with 2 2bed,1 bath and 2 1beds, I bath all occupied for total rent of $2100

Houses with tenants have had renovations done recently and are in very good condition
All tenants are old and rent increase is long overdue.

Asking for all is $299,000 . Rent for the 4 producing houses are $7160/M

we are eager to sell and ready to negotiate for one or all.

We have 8 houses in Detroit we bought in 2015 that we would like to sell either as bulk or individually.

These were all occupied with good tenants but property management company had some internal issues and properties suffered. We know we cant manage from a distance. This will be a good deal for someone who has a good management company in Detroit.

We currently have 4 with section 8 paying.

1 other tenant pays on time every time 

2 units empty

1 tenant that is not paying

When all tenants were paying, we received $6500 rent monthly.

There are 2 duplexes and 6 3 beds, 1 bath

We are willing to negotiate and would like to sell fast.
