I work for a real estate crowdfunding platform and I'd really love to have some conversations with people who are new to the world of real estate investing, development or management. Nothing formal or intense, looking to hear a little bit more about the problems you had getting started in the field and what your experience was like.
Just looking for 10-20 minute phone calls, anytime next week at your convenience. If you'd like to participate, you can email me at [email protected] or just message me directly through BP.
Thank you! And if this is the wrong place for this, please point out where it should go or what rule I missed and I'd be happy to correct.

Hey there -
I'd like to introduce the BP community to MassVenture, Texas' first equity crowdfunding portal for real estate deal under the new state crowdfunding laws. You have to be a Texas resident to make an account, but once you do you'll have access to all the information on the project, including financials and investment terms.
In recognition of the significance of this new opportunity, we've made every effort to ensure that the first project is up to the task. If you have any questions about the project or crowdfunding real estate in general, specifically in Texas, please feel free to reach out to me and I'll be glad to answer your questions. We look forward to hearing from you.
