I’m 26 years old and I’ve purchased two properties in the Florida panhandle which both I can cash flow on monthly if rented. I’m looking to buy a third property to live in so that i can ret the other two and I was wondering if I could switch my two conventional loans into an LLC which would be rental properties?

@Jeff Stephens that's a lot of information to take in but also a ton of good info, thank you. The home is my primary residence at this time, but I would definitely look at buying again if I were to move out, I have around 10k saved. The home is a 1960s block house about 5  minutes from the beach and right next to the high school, which we are also surrounded by two major Air Force bases. I'd like to think renting it out would be a good choice, I think it's more of a nervous factor owning multiples properties. My mortgage is 750 and I'm sure I could get a 1000 out of it. I think I definitely need to do some more homework tho.

Erik Peddle, not really sure right now. I guess I don't really have a goal at this point? Someone just explained that the market was doing well and I looked up what my house was close to being worth at this time, so I saw that there was a potential for me to make a decent amount off my home.

Hello,

My name is Ethan and I'm new to biggerpockets. I've been doing some research and studying on real estate. Im a 25 year old firefighter that bought a house over two years ago and now that the market is doing well I'm not sure if I should hold or sell? I bought the home for 110k now the market is saying the home Is worth around 140k, I only owe 103k. Mortgage is around 750 a month, house is a three/ two one car garage on corner lot.

Any advice would be great, thanks!
