You will love Oregon if you make the switch, trust me, you get used to the rain! 

Portland is a pricey market, for sure, but that doesn't mean there isn't a lot of opportunity. I live and invest in a town 45 minutes south of Portland and it is still pricey.

The wine business is an eclectic business, with people from all over the world coming to farm, make wine, be involved in hospitality, sales, and just to drink it.

Blueberries and hazelnuts seem to be on a tear here in the Willamette Valley in the last few years.
