@Andy Duggins

I just spoke to Tiffany on the phone. Thank you so much for your help. She's very sweet and I can see myself doing business with her company.

Hey everyone!

Does anyone know a real estate attorney in the Salt Lake City, UT or Logan, UT area who can close:

Assignments of contract

Double close (DRY)

I'm planning on doing business in Salt Lake City or nearby and will be living in Logan for school. If you invest in these areas and need someone who can find discounted deals let me know so we can work something out!

Thanks!

Evan.

I am taking the plunge from California to Utah, deciding to finish my degree in business administration, and start a career in real estate. I got here while reading "The book on Rental Property Investing" by Brandon Turner, presented by Bigger Pockets. I'm thinking it's the right move to get licensed as an agent for multiple reasons, mainly income (need that!) and exposure to the market. But I want to be an investor as soon as possible. Anyone in the Salt Lake City or Uintah Basin area in a similar situation or interested in talking about real estate, I would love to share what I've learned up to this point and always excited to learn more!

Thanks a bunch,

Evan.
