Hi Pamela, sorry, New York is too away for me to manage, plus I don't know the market at all. I've been investing in my back yard, so to speak! If you or Dan start lending in Michigan please let me know! I do know you can lend 10 times here before having to register for any type of license or anything!

Hi Jordan, I'm not quite at 20 either, I have 7 properties, 4 that are done and rented (some I need to rerent as the tenants moved out) but out of the 3 buildings I have 11 doors so would be happy to help too!

Hello, I have a multi-family building that I am looking for a $45,000 investment, 20% APR for 1 year or less. ARV $330,000. This would be a 2nd lien position which is why the APR offered is so high to cover the additional increase in risk. I am also willing to offer a percentage of the back end profit as well.
