I live in the south bay area. I have been investing in SFH rentals in the past. Due to harder and harder rental controls all over the bay area, I am considering transitioning into Commercial Real Estate. I would love to meet people in the area who are also interested in CRE. Any recommendation on meetup groups? Thanks!

@Ryan B. Same here. I really enjoyed episode 357. Very good show. It summarized my exact investment experience in the past. In an expensive area like CA, appreciation is almost guaranteed to outperform cash flow in the long run.
