@Ryan Cheung Buying property in a less desirable neighborhood does not mean you will make a better deal. I know the West New York and Fort Lee areas are expensive but if you are patient and due your due diligence you will find a property that would work for you. Also try the Jersey City Heights section where you might find properties at a more moderate price.
