@Matthew Drouin Hey Matthew! Yes, I was the one that emailed you because I was signed up for the BRRRR event you had but wasn't able to attend because my son was in the hospital. I do look forward to going to this event and meeting a lot of new people.

Hi,
Tomorrow is a big day for me! I’m going to be looking at my first property! I’ve been attending open houses to try building relationships with realtors and getting use to the idea of looking at houses.
Any other advice that can help me or encouraging words? Not to mention, I look like I’m 16 so it always scares me that folks won’t take me serious. Also, I’ve noticed that some realtors don’t want to meet with me because I don’t have my proof of fund letters but how can I obtain that if I don’t know what kind of deal I’m looking at? Would a letter from a lender saying they will lend me the money I need be enough?
Thanks!
