Maybe this has been answered but I couldn't find it.  I'm a wholesaler and I have access to a foreclosures that are now owned by the bank. My question is can you wholesale them and if so, can someone please explain how?

you for sellers right? Make some bandit signs that simply say I will buy your house quick close, or all cash offers. Put them out at intersections in the neighborhood your targeting. Or drive for dollars.

@scott cuth That makes sense but wouldn't that cost me more money. I'll be honest, I try to wholesale because I live check to check and I'm fed up with it.

so in essence, I only have a couple days to get a cash buyer or I either have to buy the property myself or loose earnest money. Buyer has to have funding immediately. Right?

Does anyone know if its possible to wholesale homes from HUD? Is there anyone in here who is doing this, if so can you virtually mentor me and teach me this process. I promise not to work your area.

I'm just getting started so I'd like to have an abundance of buyers. I was told it's the best way to assure I get my deals closed.

I am a wholesaler and I also do virtual deals. I need more buyers. Can anyone tell me how to build a bigger buyers list?
